This might be the best, fastest, and easiest way to create a border around your video in Adobe Premiere Pro, so fasten your seatbelt because this will go so fast that before you know it, the tutorial will be over. 🏎️

Best way to make a border around your video

Click “opt + cmd + R”, go to the “Essential Graphics” window, and set the width and height to the same as your sequence. Increase the “Stroke” and deselect the “Fill” and… there you go.

Now, if you nest these two layers, you can adjust the “Scale” and “Position” of that nest in the “Effect Controls” window and the border will stick to the video.
