How I reached a 100-week streak of publishing videos on YouTube

At this moment, I have published videos on my YouTube channel for 108 weeks straight. This was no easy task and but it was actually the most difficult in the beginning before I had a system in place.

This system has been developed over the years and it consists of a clear strategy, a specific format, and a dedicated publishing schedule where I bulk-produce the content and schedule it ahead of time.

What did NOT work was coming up with new ideas all the time and creating videos “whenever I had time” instead of actually planning ahead and prioritizing it.

366 videos and counting. Aiming to reach 100 000 subscribers at sone point.

But let me share some reflections on what DID work and what I learned in a bullet point list right here:

🧠 Bulk-producing is key
Everything got easier and more productive once I started to bulk-produce content. Scripting 4 videos at a time, recording 4 videos at a time. Different parts of the content creation process require different modes. So instead of shifting from scripting to recording to editing, it has worked better for me to stay in “writing mode” for example, and write a couple of scripts in a row while I’m at it.
